What tests to determine if I have Viruses?

I got tested a few years ago and did have some viruses but got a new PCP and want to get some new tests run and go from there.

So what tests would I need to determine CMV, EB, HHV6 and any others that would help determine if I need ARV or AV.  I am having this done at Quest/Labcorp so things that have to be run there.
